It is a common expression for something that has died. (facing upwards as if being on their death bed) It doesn't offend me, and no sexual referrence was made, nor inferred.

What offends me is when the PC police try to change everything so that nobody ever gets offended. If you don't like it, then don't read it. You have the power of choice. Society in general is so quick these days to judge everything and people take everything so seriously. Don't sweat the little stuff.

I am sorry that you take offense, really, at common saying. Please lighten up a little bit. If you really do have a problem with the post, send an e-mail to the person who originally posted the subject, or even one of the moderators. They haven't edited the post or it's title so they must not be offended.
