So what kind of program does the tribe currently run on the Elwha?

From the article it looks like a steelhead broodstock program at least, and potentially a salmon broodstock program.

Other fish the tribes raise annually are chinook, chum and coho, and they also plan to begin a pink salmon program in the new facility.
