Someone told me of a program on Nat Geo the other day, "Restrepo." A unit is followed from day 1 until they rotated out of A-stan. This person said it reflected their experience over in Afghanistan and Iraq. Watched it the other night, made you feel for the guys over there, "in the suck". Regardless of what side you are on in the middle east war, it would be worth taking the time to view.
