Nope. Unless the worms are made of some Asian space age stuff not seen before it's still a pipe dream. (Albiet with great intention.)

In order for this to work feasibly the formula would have to be a blend of plastics that would be very difficult to replicate on a repeat basis. While injection molding is the way, shooting temperature would be so critical it would not be cool to be the guy turning the dial... Cost per unit not withstanding would have to be on the highest end of the spectrum, if only due to the labor involved in indexing each individual wire in the mold block used to form the holes, then removing the same individual stems after cracking the molds.

The hole would also have to be much smaller, in the .040 range maximum, to prevent tearing. Meaning a threader/needle would still be required to guide the leader through the reduced hole.

Best idea to actually make it off the drawingboard and put into usable form for sure though, run with it B-n-R!
