SEATTLE -- Someone apparently stole Mayor Mike McGinn's wife's bike Wednesday.

McGinn Tweeted on Wednesday, "I know I've been encouraging people to ride bikes more, but I didn't mean u could "borrow" my wife's bike w/o asking."

He then sent out a photo of the bike and told seattlepi.com's Casey McNerthney, "Yes, stolen. After I rode it to work today. Peg is pissed."

Anyone with information about the bike can presumably contact the mayor through his Twitter page.
