Reminds me of the guys that get in your face and say hit me, hit me, hit me. You give them what they asked for, they lay on the ground astonished, do some whimpering followed by the "I can not believe you hit me" and press charges.

A good community beatdown each time they showed up would drop thier attendance. Follow that up with some juries stating they got what they had coming. The problem with our society today is that if they did get someone to react they would sue and get millions for their "pain, suffering and emotional distress".
