Probably the most important coaches are the High School coaches. They take the raw material and begin the process of developing athletes-and adults.

The college coach continues this process; fine tuning the athlete and developing the student.

A coach of a professional team is, to my mind, the only one whose primary goal winning and not the total development of the athlete.
