and they are Republicans. The attached article is old, but pretty much tells the story. This issue remains in the news down here and last week I watched a local news station interview a 11 year old girl with Cystic Fibrosis who needs a lung transplant to stay alive. She was one of the 150 cut off by the state of Arizona.

It was very sad to watch, as she explained that the state's new standard says that she is likely to die even with the transplant, however that is something her Doctor disagrees with. She was asked if Legislators under their medical plan would be eligible if they had her same condition and the answer is yes.

Interesting that Republicans made such a big deal over non-existant death panels in the Affordable Care Act, but in fact are condemming people to death by denying the poor the same life saving procedures they are eligible for under tax payer paid medical.

You can't spin this story pretty. God help this country!
