I know you're smart enough to know the difference...so you must be obfuscating again.

In case #1, they weren't weary of schit...we went there and told them "this is how it's going to be, get out of the way or get shot"...then shot a bunch of them anyway, even ones that did try to get out of the way.

In case #2, they started the process themselves...they were weary, they were oppressed, and they asked for help...we, along with a UN mandate and many friends, gave the help they were asking for.

The fact that the words sound similar doesn't in any way make the contexts remotely similar.
