TTT - your boat should be OK, but be very careful. The wind is not really a big deal. It's the currents you have to watch out for. Even right up against the shore it can overwelm a 10hp motor at times when in the wrong place. For example, it you go the Pt Defiance, you'd be fine along the park beach, and down by the slag pile and farther into the bay, but you don't want to get too far past the 'clay banks' (the 'point' of Pt Defiance i think), because the current can get real nasty. Every area is different, so ask around and just play it safe until you get to know the areas better. Then you should still play it safe
