Yeah that is right Shoff Tackle in down town kent is closing after 80 glorious years. It kind of angers me since only a year ago I discovered them for all my fly fishing needs. They have an extensive collection of everything you would need to catch Salmon, Steelhead and Trout. Please check them out soon and support them in this darkest of times. I talked to the Owners wife and it was a tear jerking reason why they are closing. All I am asking is that you go in there and see what the store has for sale and pay homage to a store that has been a Green River beacon of information for me. Also, they will be having a sale going on from now until the day they close. Do me a favor and stay away from the St. Croix fly rods cuz I have not figured out which one I want.
