I had 387 e-mails waiting for me on my return from vacation. At least 80% of them were garbage. Because I have a domain address I have been getting increasingly more and more garbage e-mail. Because of this, I am looking into software to combat the spam. I am going to trial some software from a company called Digiportal.com. Basically, it requires the sender to send a request to me before I will accept the e-mail. Since most spam lists are automatic, the spam sits in an in-box and goes away, never to be seen by me. What this all means for you readers is that when you send me e-mail you will be asked to send fill out a brief "permission" slip. I OK the e-mail and then the e-mail can go through. You only need to do this once as I will then set the program to automatically OK future e-mails. It should work with the reports forms without your requiring to do the permission slip.
I hope this will not inconvience anyone too much. As I said, I'm going to trial it and see how it works. I just can't handle all this garbage e-mail anymore!
Thank you for your patience while I see if this works.
