What's next? No snowboarding or skiing without a helmut? No hiking without a GPS? How about no extreme sports? Where do you draw the line of letting people make their own decisions concerning THEIR own safety? Ofcourse it's wise to wear a life jacket when on the river but so is chewing your food before swallowing...........sheesh!
