I forgot to say that I was impressed to see you land five pounders on a two-weight rod!

No...my friend and I were skunked all day. We had it coming I suppose, we are both used to very good success on Lenore. So much so that we thought (before Saturday) that we had the lake figured out. I guess that's why it's called fishing instead of catching.

For what it's worth, I saw your frequent hooksets in my nightmarish dreams all night as I frantically, and unsuccessfully, tried to catch a fish at Lake Lenore in my dreams!!!

I'll see you out there again soon . I might have to get some of those flies you are using too! You definitely had those fish dialed in.
