On the homes I've foreclosed on, there was no mistaking what they owed, etc. These are folks who I've known for years. Pretty darned sad. I takes us anywhere from 120 days to a full year to get the home once we start, dependant upon bankruptcies, and if it was a judicial (farm) or non-judicial foreclosure (standard).

There just is no excuse for foreclosing on the wrong property, or causing damage to the wrong property.
