Salmo g. River Nutrients Registered: 03/08/99 Posts: 13630	As a point of clarification, exactly what is a "community bank?" Some that look local have branches all over the state. Is that community? Even Oly Fed has 4 or 5 branches, and I assume they are community, but they don't have the lowest rates.
