Yeah, I should probably just start a new thread...but here is a report from yesterday at Deep:

Fished from a float tube from 11:30am to 1:00 pm. Caught 2, but only brought one to the boat. Missed a lot of strikes.

There were fish rising, but in fewer numbers than in the past few weeks. The weather is obviously messing with the fish, since there was a decent hatch on the whole time I was there.

**I will give away my "secrets" to catching fish yesterday, not much of a secret but I have been skunk-a-licious as of late so I am pumped to outsmart those little *******s. Tied on a 15-16 foot leader to my floating line...tipped with 7x. To the tippet I attached a size 10 wet fly with lots of hackle for some bouyancy, and then trailed a size 18 zug bug. All the takes were on the zug bug, I would guess it is mimicking the callibaetis nymphs that are resident to the lake.
