Spent a few days working up towards the north end of Denali last week. Didn't have a lot of time for photo taking and I missed some pretty rare opportunities, did manage to get a couple of the animals onto the memory card though. We saw lots of caribou, a healthy helping of moose including a handful of pretty magnum bulls, a lynx, coyote, and a first for me, a wolverine.

Crossing the Teklanika river on the way out. Glad it wasn't a bit deeper.

Home sweet home.

Sunset from the porch.

Lynx. Funny looking critters, like a big bearded house cat really.

Coupla caribous

Big country.

This little fellar crept in awful close to my looking spot. I thought I was going to have to beat him away with a stick there for a moment or two. Just curious I guess.

Morning sun rise on the north side of Denali. The Wickersham Wall and Karstens ridge, etc.
