Hunter, Lake Sammamish has been real good to me for the past couple of weeks.
I've been trolling pop gear (man I hate that stuff) and wedding band. The red Uncle Wes' worm troll works excellent. I troll 8' deep on the down riggers and place my gear at least 100' behind the boat. The Cutts we've been catching are between 10"-20". The majority of the fish are of the larger size.
They have an excellent launch too.
I'm going to be out there tomorrow morning.
