Troller, You half to admit there is a butt load of people out there that don't have a clue. I like the license idea, even though i don't feel I need it either, I hope it will cut down on the stupid crap that i see all the time...well and my insurance rates will go down some too And what the heck it will be easy to pass the test, basic rules of the road and safety I would think.
