If you click on the weather links a little further down the page that information is available. I've set the two links to Redmond and Spokane to cover each side of the state. The sun up/down times are located on those links on the lower left side. As far as putting it somewhere else and updating it daily, I'd rather focus my time and energy on lake related content.
