I have a bunch of top water poppers I want to use on my fly rod. I did some bass fishing last year and caught quite a few fish, although most were small. It was alot of fun for this old trout fisherman. I've got two questions.

What time of year or what water temps turn on the topwater bite?

What are some good bass lakes in North King or Snohomish Co for bass fishing?

I appreciate any advice you can give me.
