Hit Deep Lake today near Enumclaw with my friend Kyle today after school from 3:30pm to 8:00pm. We took his small livingston out. I trolled a 4" sling blade dodger with 50" of 6lb leader and a size 1 dick nite in pink and white. Off a light downrigger at 35 ft. I caught 7 kokes, 5 rainbows and 3 cutts. I kept 4 kokes from 11-13 inches and a 17 inch cutt for my limit. Kyle caught 1 cutt and 13 planted rainbows. He kept the 15 inch cutt and 2 rainbows at 11". He used a black & olive wolley bugger trolled off fast sinking line. I also lost a lot of fish while trying to get my line off the rigger' clip. Probably small ones since they didn't pop it them selves. My target was kokanee but caught more rainbows than I expected for my technique. I am headed back tomarrow after school with Kyle again but we will probably bank fish for cutts and bows.
