I can tell you this: If you sit around waiting for WA DC, or Olympia, or the local government to do something to improve your life, you will die before it happens. Doesn't matter who is running the show.

The interview with the guy in Ill. who lives with his mother is very similar to my life over the previous 10 years. (I don't live with my mother though smile ) Since I too am part of the real estate industry and have been for the previous 13 years, the first lesson I learned care of NY Atty Gen Cuomo, WAMU, and FNMA was your livelihood can be affected virtually overnight and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. So you can either sit home and wonder what is going to happen or you get off your butt and make something happen. I had hoped that the Dodd/Frank bill would correct some of the previous agreement's shortsightedness but once again government came up short. You better have a plan and be able to amend the plan so that you can keep moving forward. Getting pregnant at 18 isn't a very effective plan BTW.
