Anyone want to handicap the growing brawl between the House and Senate? After the usual R vs D crap that will roll around you have the great unsaid. Be it R or D controlled the House regards the Senate about one notch above crap.

It cranked up a lot before LBJ ( in my life time ) became VP and accelerated when Tip was Speaker. It started breaking hard again ( but not much media focus ) when Sen. Reid would not produce a budget the first two years of Mr Obama's term. As the D's rallied to do the Health Care bill it was hidden but with the loss of the majority of the Blue Dog D's in the Senate, add the Tea Party, the plot thickens. So outside the usual election year bs the conflict is institutional. The House really dislikes the Senate be it D or R driven and these two bodies of government appear to be going to get it on.

So who is going to take it two out of three? My bet is on the House because they are so vulnerable with public frustration and are motivated.
