I always find it ironic when a wingnut like Perry runs to the courthouse looking for a judge to back him in his argument that the First Amendment "right to assemble" should overturn the state law requiring 10,000 ballot signatures.

So much for those darn "activist" judges ruining the world, always trying to take away states' rights.
