Many of you have had my flank steak over a fire somewhere...here's the goods.

Marinade:
1 cup Soy sauce
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
2 tblsp pepper
2-4 tblsps freash minced garlic
1/3 cup brown sugar
Mix it up ...

Place Flank Steak into a gallon ziplock and pour mixture in. roll bag to remove all air and seal.

Marinade in fridge for 1, better yet 2 days.

Remove from marinade bag and place on med-hi grill and cook for ~5 minutes per side.

Remove from grill and let cool for 2 minutes, then diagonally slice meat at a 45-60 degree angle to produce wide slices.
