Documentary about the failure of our public school system.

I have had it on my list for a while and just got around to checking it out. Anyone else seen it?

The thing that impressed me the most, and I don't mean that in a positive light, is that "we" have more or less found both the problem and a viable solution, but can't connect the two. Almost unbelievable, but then when I consider "our" inherently lazy and self serving nature, it makes perfect sense.
