It's either Spellman's fault or Shrub's fault. If it neither of those, it's I-man's fault. Or is it the voter's fault? It's probably the voter's fault. We're smart enought to vote in D's across the board but so stupid we actually pass some tax cutting initiatives.

Some more self cleaning toilets would be great. As would another trolley running around Seattle carrying nobody. Light rail from downtown Oly to Evergreen State College should be right at the top of the list too.

What I really need is a property tax increase, sales tax increase, worker's comp increase, cigarette tax increase, gas tax increase, more road tolls, and hopefully the lawsuit will succeed so the state can again control liquor sales and distribution.

I do like a soda and Snickers from time to time. That should probably be taxed too.

Why can't Bill Gates just cut the state a check to get us out of this mess? Is it because he knows they'd just spend us right back into debt?
