i had problems also...i had to change my info a while ago...i also got a bunch of violations in the mail...i was caught up in that crap about 8 months ago...after mine was cleared up they announced on the news that there was a problem and people were excused from the tickets...i also later had the expired credit card, dealt with that...then i also had the password change problem...i agree they spend too much extra postage and watse a ton of time and money...and calling them to fix stuff sucks

my buddy was getting charged for his boat having two axels..he only has one...they told them that it could be bouncing when it goes thru so if you take a boat over the bridges check for that
