Nope. I'd never go to reiter without a float rod and I'd never leave any rods in my rig at reiter. You're thinking of my post about my after work drift gear fish I hooked a while back. I wasn't at reiter that day and my rig was parked within earshot of me so leaving the float rod in the truck was no biggie. When I hooked the spoon fed turd my float rod was next to me on the bank.
