We're talking about 45K that was paid out over (x) years for scouting services.

Some are saying that the rules may not be definitive enough in this area to even make it a punishable violation.

The consensus.....
At the end of the day the NCAA will have to determine if any unfair advantage was gained by UO and dole out punishment based on that.
