Thats about the only way you can lure one of these elusive animals out of the woods. Being now that they closed the dogs on them. Your chances of seeing one hiking through the woods are way to small because they hear and smell so good. Granted I have see my fare share when I am out and about. But as always, it is out of season, or just to far away or too quick footed. So I am going out this weekend with a friend and we are going to break the distress call out and see if we bag ourselves a kitty.
