You are correct that you must read the regs. I put in the "see exceptions" bit because for the Westside, there are several and I did not want to type it all.

I am thinking I will head towards Greenwater / Stampede pass, for one day, and to Winston/Mossyrock for the other. The way my season has gone, I stand as much chance there as anywhere!
