It is called the steelhead beetle, larger pattern, I think size 10 but has a different and inventive addition. Weed eater cord that is extended in front of the hook eye.

Take a look, I will admit I like the pattern and will be tying up a couple different dry flies for everything from trout to salmon and steelhead using the technique. A bright pink body with an orange or chartreuse butt section with brighter foam might make a great wog style pattern that I can actually tie since I can't trim spun hair to resemble anything but a really bad haircut.
