I have been watching this thread for a while and I just can't stay out of it.

First I should say that I am a member of WWESSC (Western Washington English Springer Spainel Club ). I have been involved with training and breading dogs for sometime.
And I know all about the attitude of some people in the trialing world. That being only bread if it will improve the bread. But for most people that is just a little much.

Now I can understand to a certain extent what CPU girl is saying, but. I tell people that if they love thier dogs, and feel you are ready and can handle it, then go a head. It is all part of enjoying your pet. The scare tactics were a little over the top. So good luck and enjoy Cromefish.

And CPU girl, the term for your dog is "whole dog". Meaning he is capable of breading.
