Now today a new wave of stories hit about time heading up the audit committee at Marriott when they were busted for doing Son-of-Boss stuff ...

I have decided the real enemy in all the high-finance stuff is COMPLEXITY. These transactions are SUPER complex/technical and are designed at their core to exploit loopholes. The same could be said of the CDO's that brought down the real-estate market, or heck even the application for any credit card.

All this stuff just makes me think -- even though he's a crackpot -- that Huckabee's tax plan was right.
