Romney is telling the crowd in Florida that Obama is planning on cutting $700 Billion from Medicare, to a chorus of booing.

What he doesn't tell them is that the $700 Billion is moving into the Affordable Care Act, and that it will be spent in exactly the same way, on the same things.

So, really, the money is not being cut at all.

Is that a lie?

Well, yes, it is.

What he's also not saying is that Ryan's budget plan cuts...drum roll...$700 Billion from Medicare.

Where's that money going?

Big surprise here...to pay for part of the tax cut for the rich.

That money IS leaving Medicare, not be used for senior health care.

Is that being a hypocrite?

Well, yes, it is.

I know it's not a big surprise to see Romney being both a liar and a hypocrite at the same time, and it's not even a big surprise to see him do both while attempting to scare old people into believing that Obama is going to cut their health care, while he, Romney, will not.
