I saw it on cops once where a guy had property of some guy and was keeping it because the guy didn't pay him. The guy was sited for taking the guy's property and had a theft charge to go iron out in Court. If you would like to make it s ***** for the guy to get his gun back take it to the police department and turn it in as lost property and there should be a waiting period for someone to come forth and then the gun is yours. Who wants a gun under those circumstances any way. The hunting gods and fishing gods can make things very interesting, only time will tell that tale.
