Fall away rests are generally more accurate, if set-up correctly. My hunting partner has one and it is deadly accurate. The groups he can shoot are the best he has ever shot, and he is a very very good shot and practices more than anyone I know. The biggest "problem" with them is they can break in the field since they have moving parts, also the arrow can fall off the rest. Both these factors seem to be of minimal concern.
On the other hand I shoot the new wisker biscuit. It is far more accurate than I would ever have guessed, equal to the cusion spring rests I have used in the past. I chose this rest for its arrow holding capabilities. I tend to hunt by "spot and stalk", as well as still hunt and knock my arrows before I get too close. I seldom hunt from a tree stand or ground blind. With one less thing to worry about (arrow falling off the rest) at crunch time I am better able to concentrate on the animal thus boosting my confidence - and that is a huge factor in my opinion.
But...it's just my opinion.
