Hell no Bush is not unfunding the wars he started. In fact, he's been on every media outlet he could find telling the American people all about the plan that's been in place for years for ending our involvement and for paying the expenses of his choices.

He's probably on the Yer Dreamin' channel right now explaining how it would be simple and cheap to finish what he started.
