2. TIE breaking -- All answers will be scored by how much you miss the actuals BY PERCENTAGE. Lowest ERROR PERCENTAGE wins, rounded to the tenth of a percent. if we still have a tie, first poster wins. Yes, I understand the largest error will likely be electoral voting, that's by design.
