does pose an interesting possibility though

suppose the "drunk" just came out of a bar, got into the fight on the vid and fell through the store front window cutting his throat and died. Is the bar liable for "over serving"? They would be if he got in his car and crashed it into someone. How can a drunk be cognizant in one instance, but not another?
