No, they'll have what the American people voted for...and when the House stomps on all of it, as they have for the past two years, they'll just get more of themselves voted out in 2014.

Then the right wingnuts will again claim it's because they didn't go far enough right in their asshattery, and they will lose the Presidency, the D's will have more than 60 seats in the Senate, and the House majority will go Democratic.

Then, the right wingnuts in their infinite wisdon, will again claim it's because they didn't go far enough right.

Repeat cycle until the TeaBaggers are kicked out of the GOP, the GOP is very distantly behind the Democrats in all fields, and starts over...by being exactly the opposite of what they are now.

If they ever decide to be fiscally conservative and socially libertarian again they might...might...get to be a real party again.

Until then they are overspending religious fruitcakes who are more concerned about what's happening in your bedroom than they are with your life*, employment, retirement, or happiness.
