Bottom line is, this can happen to anyone. A few years ago I was taking the boat out at the sorting yards and found out a very popular and veteran guide (not Bob or Carl) took a dump in the double rapids. Surprised the heck out of me as this was one of the last people I would expect it from. Apparently, just as in this case, he missed a stroke and tapped the wrong rock throwing him sideways.
