Headed to the south sound today to get a salt fix. Ended up fishing both MA 11 and 13.
Really nice day to be on the beach with morning fog, little wind and not many other anglers around.
Finally found some resident coho on my second stop. I end up bringing a half dozen or so to hand with a number of ldr's thrown in.
Quite a few jumpers and fish dimpling the surface as they ate amphipods.
Biggest fish for me was pushing 14", but I saw a few that were larger jump. The fish are in great shape and much larger then normal for this time of year. I hope this bodes well for this coming summer.
All the fish came on 1.5" mini chartreuse over white clousers.
Here are a few pics from today.
