Was waiting to get resituated in a new assignment to jump back in the fray (to get registered on the "new" site.) Has been some good reading.

What is the general feel for the long term affects on sport fishing insomuchas the Federal listing is concerned. I have had to look at this issue upwards and downwards but there appears to be a silver lining to it if it helps restore healthy stocks while allowing some fishing?

After reading some of the TU stuff it is apparent that the sports community is divided in it's support (at least of BAN), which cannot be a positive thing.

The pressure from the listing appears to be pressing the restoration effort as a whole, finally, but where are we headed?
