I've never found blacktail antlers except for one here, one there, far apart in time and location. Stam's photo reminds me of a spot I stumbled upon in Yellowstone 10 years ago. It's a large meadow field where all the bull elk must go to shed their antlers. There were hundreds of them laying around. So like the grown men we were, we each picked up a set of large ones and charged each other . . . What else ya' gonna' do?
