Todd,

I am sure that you already know all that I am about to say on this matter and more, so let me tell you that my reason for making this post is not to inform you, but to fill a gap or two that you left in your post. I hope that some will see a chasm remains.

Facts;

Many laws have been passed that are later deemed to be unconstitutional.

Many laws of which their constitutionality are not in doubt, are not actively enforced.

It is also a fact that Eric Holder, Attorney General for the Obama administration, is well known for his and or the administrations selective enforcement. The reason commonly given (by both parties), to legitimize selective enforcement is that the resources are not available to expect that all laws can, our should be enforced with equal zeal.

Conclusion;

I would suspect that the Sheriff from Oregon is not in possession of the resources that Eric Holder is, so I think to hold him to a higher standard than we hold Mr. Holder is unreasonable.

Respectfully.
