Kline & the other cronies are lying through their teeth because they got caught. The original 5737 was edited sometime in the middle of last night to remove the search provision and yet there is no mention of it in the change history. I'm sorry, but I cannot find the original version at this time, but it is laced somewhere in the 45+ pages of comments if you care to check.

IMO not only does Kline, Kohl-Wells and Murray need to be removed from office IMMEDIATELY, but also anyone who is deceiving the public and hiding ANY and ALL modifications to bills after they have been submitted.

This bill with this language has already been introduced at least three times by the same gang, and reintroduced twice more. And Washington Ceasefire spokespeople have already testified in favor at least twice: Ralph Fascitelli for SB 6396 on January 26, 2010, and DeAnna Martin for SB 5475 on January 25, 2005.
